Clinica Oculistica Lugano

The clinic was founded by Dr. Norbert Klaus in 1987.  It established itself as one of the first outpatient eye clinics in Europe.  Thanks to innovative techniques, eye surgery could be performed on outpatients without additional risk.

The clinic has maintained a special interest in refractive surgery since its foundation.  In 1994, Excimer laser surgery was offered, even then using the LASIK system.

The clinic is located in the centre of Lugano, on the lake shore and in close proximity to many hotels of a variety of standards.
